Rights of Withdrawal
How to cancel an order?
If you cancel or return the Goods (or any portion) the Company may, at its discretion, either charge you 25% of the contract price (but min. EUR 100,00) for restocking and loss suffered or will quantify the loss incurred by the Company and charge it to you, at our option.
In order for you to cancel our Agreement after dispatch you must return to us all of the Goods as well as all packaging within 5 workingdays of your receipt of the Goods. The Goods must not be damaged in any way or we will not be able to accept their return.
RETURN SHIPMENTS
Return shipments can only be accepted if they were authorized through us by sending you an RMA form which you have to attach to the return shipment.
